Kyia Anne Renee Cortez has about the same amount of patience of a baby. One night during the summer Kyia and her family are all sleeping and their home catches fire . Of course Kyia wakes up to the smoke. She runs through the home waking her family up then she calls 911 she runs outside to wait and five minutes later cops and everyone shows up and her parents and sister are still Not out she screams and let's them know and one leads her to the fire truck three hours later and she still doesn't see her family. So she is forced to go live with her dad's best friend and his four sons and she can't seem to do anything right.
