As a form of punishment, President Coriolanus Snow, signs into law and institutes The Hunger Games, as a way to remind the districts that the Capitol reigns, and the districts are their slaves. Twenty - Four children, from age 12 through 18, from the surviving twelve distrcts, are reaped to play the Games for the first time. Who will win? Does Panem will survive this new era?

As soon as she's out of that arena, Snow wants her all to himself.
