Thiago lives in a world where babies are grown in glass tubes and specifically designed for jobs that they'll have for their whole lives. He is the bodyguard of a counsellor. This counsellor recently authorized the use of an ethically dubious medical procedure on undesirables. They visit a hospital where this medical procedure is performed.
