I once had a weird dream. It was definitely influenced by how much I had been reading that week. Anyways, the plot goes like this... Bobby was just a normal cop doing her job when she was gunned down by a suspect. She managed to snag his ID, but bled to death on the pavement. Next thing she knows, she wakes up living another chick's life in a fantasy world. Will she be able to adapt to her new life as the daughter of the world's strongest mage AND the wife of the rebellious crowned prince? She'll need to put her detective skills to work to determine what's going on and maybe save the kingdom while she's at it.

** Complete - EDITING** In a kingdom where magic is forbidden, Selene serves as the King's Assassin, bound to his every command. Though, she has no memory of who she truly is -- only the name the King has told her. In the crowded, suffocating city, she struggles to think clearly, to remember something. But remembering is dangerous; it could make the King angry. And angering the King something she dares not risk. Yet, when Selene begins dreaming of a mysterious man with amber eyes, fragments of her memories begin to return. As her past slowly pieces itself together, she faces the question -- will learning the truth of who she is give her the strength to claim her freedom, or will it spell doom for herself and the kingdom she has come to call home?
