Eden O'Connor was dead, or at least, that's what everyone thought. Brian, Eden's older brother, believed he had lost his sister after becoming a part of the Toretto clan. He thought it was his fault she was gone, but the truth was, it had nothing to do with who he was or who he was hanging around with. In truth, it was because of her ex, but luckily he was gone.
Eden had been saved by Mr. Nobody, and she had been doing missions for him since she became a part of his team. She was a good member, and Mr. Nobody knew she deserved to see her family once again. He planned to help her take care of the dangers that laid in front of her and her little girl.
While working for Mr. Nobody, she meets a man by the name of Han. She finds out that he was a part of the Toretto family like her brother, and Han can't believe that he was seeing Brian's sister. Brian had been so distraught since her death, and here she was standing in front of him, with a little girl at her side.
He planned to keep her and the little girl safe, and to one day bring them back to Brian, if he ever got the chance. He never expected to fall for the quirky blonde, not after everything he had been through. She was truly an enigma, but he couldn't stop himself from falling for, nor could she for him...

She was very smart, so it wasn't a surprise that she became a doctor. Her family was proud of her, even if she wasn't a bounty hunter like most of them. Everly had moved away from her family a few years ago because of her boyfriend. The two were engaged for quite a few years, but their relationship ended when she found him sleeping with her best friend. She was quick to kick his gold-digging behind to the curb, and he was not happy about it. Everly then turned him in on breaking and enterering weeks later when he tried to attack her and their daughter in their home. He tried to sue her for it, and in return, she sued him for custody of their daughter and won. He was never allowed to see the girl again, and the little girl didn't seem to care. The only problem was, after her legal issue, she was fired from her job. They didn't want a doctor that was going to cause issues in their hospital. Everly was distraught, but she had to get through it for her daughter. With one call, she found them a place to stay, and she was thankful that her family still loved her after everything that they had gone through.
