As the night fell and the moon's light was seen, Lily, the orphanage's one and only caretaker stepped out of a worn out carriage while carrying a sleeping boy on both her hands, at the same time, carrying the objects that the boy owned with her, in complete silence, she thanked the coachman.

As seconds turned into minutes, and minutes turned into hours, she finally saw the house that she wished to see, the house where the children she formally takes care of, the house of moriarty. 


Without making a sound, she carefully set the boy infront of the door and puts his stuffs down.

After she was done, she silently left the sickly child alone in front of the door, not before kissing his forehead and said, "I'm sure they'll take good care of you..."
