Alex was looking forward to easing her way through Ninth Grade. Nothing out of the norm, thank you very much. But her plan to stay in her comfy little shell is foiled when a new boy, Skyler, comes to town. He’s turning up everywhere Alex looks, and for some reason seems to bring out the worst in her. Alex is determined to avoid Skyler as much as possible, but when she’s caught in a difficult situation; his help may be her only way out– whether she likes it or not.
