In the middle of training, they realize these people aren't what they seem to be...Mae was sent on her first mission, blank all witnesses nearby to the crash, while she is there she sees that the other trainees aren't saving people. She couldn't help but think what they were really doing.. It wasn't what they were shown to be. Showing Mae this information may has saved their lives. With everything on the line, they quit training and disappear into thin air, leaving parts of their past behind. They come to realize everything they've interacted with gets destroyed.
