Summer. The one time a year Adriana can well live life. She's a icon, a legend, and with that she has a busy life. Constantly training to be the best surfer while maintaining her high grades can be stressful but her best friend, Summer Torres, is always there to ground her. This summer, Summer invites Adriana to come along with her to Australia and meet her friends and let her get away.
When her life gets turned upside down from what is supposed to be an easy competition league since she is already one of the top 10 best surfers in the world, what happens when she makes new friendships some to just use her for her fame and some want to be a little bit more then friends.
Along with that Adriana Castello, has to deal with the abusive household she lives in and other battles she needs to face from within

Lauren Walker grew up in the water. Her parents are legendary surfers and started her surfing as soon as she started crawling herself.
