A collection of poems, letters, and short stories I wrote to myself as I struggled with mental health issues: anxiety, depression, insecurity, addiction, suicidal thoughts, family problems, friendship, and letting go of the men I used to love. 
I'll to organize them in chronological order, but no promises. 
I hope this book spreads mental health awareness, because nobody should struggle with mental illnesses alone.All Rights Reserved
