That story is about Kid Flash and Robin in Teen Titans not in Young Justice where they are best friends. The Titans weren't nice to Robin always doing pranks which weren't always nice. One day, they crossed the line, doing a prank about Robin's dead parents. It made him mad, breaking his heart. Bringing Robin's past in a stupid joke for April's Fool wasn't funny it was just mean. Robin started to avoid his teammates, staying in his room when there wasn't any mission and fighting alone when a villain was attacking Jump City. One day, Kid Flash, Robin's biggest rival, decided to pay the Titans a visit. He wanted to upset Robin and believe me, stealing his team was the best way to achieve his goal. His. way of doing things are considered too old school to be used. He's dangerous with his dual ivory handled revolvers, Sharpes Buffalo Hunter rifle and his limited edition Henry and Winchester lever action rifles. But he's even more deadly with his fists and feet. But as he cleans up the streets of Gotham his way, he gets the ire of one Dark Knight and Company. Well, maybe everyone of the Bat Family. Except one. Barbara Gordon. Whose been following the gunmans career with great interest. But Dick Grayson, Damian Wayne and Alfred are wondering if there's another reason why she's following his career. Finally one night he was hot on the trail of Rupert Thorne and had him cornered in a high class estate in the hills. The Dark Knight and The Gunslinging Lawdog have their first encounter. But the Batman brought along his long time protege, Batgirl. After a close call with The Dark Knight, the gunslinger runs after giving a good bone breaking kick to Batmas knee. But leaves behind some blood from the fight and a matchbook with his fingerprints all over it. And who should pick up the matchbook and swabbed the small droplet of blood than Batgirl at the behest of Batman. The only trick is he asked for the blood. Not the matchbook. Now there are a few questions that are bound come up, One. Will this new city anti-hero join the Bat Family or will he be on Batman's most wanted list? And Two. Will Barbara Gordon find the mysterious gunman and be able to tell him how she feels and will he reciprocate?Complete

The bus grinds to a stop beside a sign labelled: WELCOME TO GOTHAM CITY, in peeling black letters. Ethan and I are the first to get off, carrying nothing but a small suitcase and twin backpacks. No one follows us off the bus, a reminder of how horrifying Gotham City must seem to the outside world. The other passengers must think us martyrs or at least suicidal. Storm clouds rumble above our heads and in true "Vega Bad Luck"-as Ethan calls it- the sky opens up to rain. My brother and I are from Florida, we know rain. Hell, we know hurricanes that obliterate whole towns, but there is something about Gotham that sends a shiver down my spine. Maybe its the dark, crime ridden alleyways, the murderers and the villains. Or maybe its the heroes.
