Sherlock and John are an early couple, just recently admitting their unconditional love for each other. They try to keep their relationship a secret to the public, but on John's birthday, many fan girls have their suspicions. That's not all that goes wrong for the couple. Sherlock's birthday comes up only a month after john's, and his birthday cake is meant to be brought in by Mycroft, and Molly finds a new man, while Mrs Hudson gets into big trouble by a friend of Moriarty's. Can John make it up to Sherlock of ruining his first true birthday?
