Jay just moved school. He joined the school's volleyball club and after a while became friends with Kai . Finally, Kai invites him to his 16th birthday with a bunch of his other friends. Jay, wanting to make some friends, said yes. 
Apon arriving, Kai led Jay to the lounge room to find there were already 3 other people in the area. Cole, Zane, and Loid. After an awkward introduction, the boys get settled and start to get acquainted with one another. As the evening goes on, Jay is starting to get comfortable with the group and finally feeling like he has friends. 
The night is going well so far, the boys decide to play some video games. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Cole gets up and turns to his back to the group reaches into his bag. No one pays any mind to him but not until he turns around and announces casually to the boys: "hey I've got coke" and shows them what he is holding. A plastic zip lock bag filled with coke... When one day, you went over to his house, and his Dad said that he had gone away to the Marty Oppenheimer School of the Art's, which didn't sound right. After a few months, weird stuff started happening to you. One day, you were approached by an old man, claiming that you were an Elemental master, and that you needed to train to be a ninja. At first you were sceptical, but after some thought, you went with him. After about a month, the man said he wanted you to meet some other people like you. You didn't know what you expected, but you didn't expect Cole to be one of the people you were to meet.
