The Tale Of Y1153K

The distant world of Y1153K is nothing like we could imagine. Earth is baptised in fire and ice every year as summer and winter come and go. Fantastical Aliens, like Elves and Dwarves, have taken the entire world and then some. Mars and Luna have been colonised, with the former turned to a hellish wasteland.
In this world, survival is paramount. There are no heroes to save the people. There are few protectors of the weak. It is up to the individual to either adapt or die. To be cruel or die. To band together, or die.

But amidst all the chaos, is there any hope for a better future? That is what we will explore in this story, in certain chapters and/or parts, following the journeys of four main characters: Occultist, Scholar, Tribal, and Knight. Each of them will face great tribulations, suffer, and somehow survive in the worlds.
But will they profit from their suffering? Will they find enlightenment through the tribulations? Will they find peace in such a world, and go beyond just surviving?
