Poppy has always been in love with singing and writing. She knew what college she wanted to go to since she was eleven. Starlight College. It was a college for mixed creative arts. From writing books (authors) to performing in front of millions of people (singers). As much as she loved to sing she only wanted to go there for writing. When she was eleven, she started writing books. When she was thirteen, she started publishing her books. But only to the internet. No hard/soft copies you could hold in your hand. Well, unless you read it on your phone. When she turns nineteen, and she goes to college, she gets online and arranges some stuff, and she then has a house for college. The only downside to that is she will have a housemate. She doesn't know who it is or their name or anything about them really. All she knows is they would be living in the same house for four years together (unless one of them moves out), and going to the same college. She thought she wouldn't mind. But that changed quickly.

Dameon has wanted to be a singer since he was four years old. A solo singer, a singer in a band, as long as he could sing, he didn't care what it was. He also played the drums, a little too much at times. When he turns nineteen, he says he doesn't want to go to college. But one day in the summer, he finds out about this nice one for "mixed creative arts" whatever that means. But he could go there to sing and play his drums. He decides he wants to go there. He wants to have his own house, though. Or at least, he doesn't want to be living with his parents. He found a house close to the college that he kind of liked, one thing. He would have to have a housemate. He didn't mind, though.
Once these two meet, they don't start off the best. But Dameon has already fallen in love with Poppy within the first two weeks. Or Pumpkin, he calls her. And next thing you know, Poppy's falling too. Even harder than Dameon is.
