Camping to build social contacts was not the best idea of Zoe. Even if it's camping with other people from her school that she doesn't like and vice versa. Going further into a dark forest isn't the very best idea either. And getting into a blatant alien portal with a pink talking cat, even more so. But when it's time for Zoe Laydton to leave the dull campsite and explore a magical and colorful world and save it from a threat that has come back stronger, she always plunges into adventure. In the process, Zoe gets to know many beings, monsters and the saviors of Jaiden, and discovers her past and that of her mother.
