MELANCHOLY | Melancholy drips from my fingertips. SOON TO BE A PUBLISHED PAPERBACK. COMING 2025! This melancholy drips from my fingertips so slowly, you begin to forget I even exist. All of me, the hard parts of flesh you could never seem to love, drips down the drain. I am waiting for the day for your fingers to unscrew the pipes, dig through debris and mess, scrape your heart against the rust, just to find me, so we can go through it all over again. Here, in the pages I find myself, in the ink that writes against my flesh, I will whisper the sadness, the heartache, and the decaying for all of the unspoken. Just The Way You Are [Unedited] by Summer_in_september

"PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS ROSEPETALS AND BLOODSTAINS" *** "I want you-- to accept my apology." He whispers. "Too bad, I refuse to accept it." I stutter, in attempts to hold myself upright and not fall to the ground like jello. "You don't?" He asks me, brushing his mouth against the hollow of my temple. My breathing gets faster as I try to form the words in my mouth. "N-oo." I squeal. Fuck! That's the opposite of being angry! What's wrong with me? He trails the line of my cheekbone with the tip of his nose. I can feel the excitement pooled between my thighs right now. "Still not?" He whispers. Is he trying to kill me right now? What kind of torture is this? And why the fuck am I enjoying it?!! I mumble a 'No' in response as my mouth isn't capable of speaking. His lips touch the delicate skin of mine as he whispers once again. "Tell me to stop, now or-" I cut him by pulling him down and attaching my hungry lips on his. The rest of the words die in his mouth as he continues to kiss me madly. *** • April, a 16 year old trying to escape her dark past crosses paths with Ace, who himself is a devil!
