This piece of fanfiction was heavily inspired by the Twilight books. No, it won't be the same, no there are no vampires in this book, yes there is a mysterious brooding man who can't stay away from our main character Y/N.
Constantly moving from one foreign place to the next, Y/N and her mother have finally moved to the New England area, Belfast Maine to be exact. Her mother wants to forget the pain of her late husband and son, and Y/N wants to stop the physical pain she's had since they died. Y/N's whole world changes when she catches the eye, or rather eyes, of a mysterious family who looks like they want to stay as far away from her as possible.
However, when one of the sons, Megumi, finally talks with Y/N he realizes that he can't stay away from her any longer. He needs to be with her, to protect her from this paranormal world, from herself and her monsters, from himself.
