There is a deadly virus called DredX that is creating Zombies. Those who have survived are few and far in between. There are those who travel in groups for protection, those who are in groups to terrorize; and those like me who travel alone because ties, bonds and emotions are just as dangerous as the DredX zombies we kill. Forget society, forget friends, survival is the most important and yourself, because no one is coming to save you not the scientists, the army, other people. No one so survive alone or get caught up in the tides. Survival of the fittest, meanest, merciless and the emotionless.

We all were hiding in random places, apparently any place we could find. There were a ton of zombies, the whole place was full of them. Many people from our group were lost to the virus. Muffled voices, blurred vision and heavy breathes were heard. The ship which everyone had longed for soon arrived. The plan was to run to the ship and never look back. The ferry was anchored at the harbor and on the signal, everyone ran for their precious lives, not daring to look back. Some people couldn't make it in 'The End' . The ones who survived were the last of us. Will the people make it in time? What hardships will they encounter along the way?
