This AU uses material from different Pokémon Official Media to create a more original and compelling story. It incorporates elements from the Pokémon Anime, the Pokémon Adventures Manga, the Ash Manga, as well as the Pokémon Games, and even Pokémon Live. The exact parts to be used will be revealed as the story unfolds.

Synopsis: Ash wakes up and arrives at the lab before Gary, but after the two unknown trainers of Pallet Town. When he goes to choose Squirtle, his kind and good nature shows through, and he doesn't choose the Water starter. This causes Professor Oak to call some of his breeder friends for a recently bread starter for a trainer.
