Sonic and team thought it would be a routine investigation of chaos energy traces in Blaze's dimension. But when an ancient evil named Mirage emerges from the ashes, it ignites a fight for the very fate of reality itself. Wrestling with demons from her past and unexpected feelings for a certain black hedgehog, Blaze must find a way to make peace with who she was and who she is becoming. Somewhat gullible but short-tempered, this echidna isn't someone you want to mess with. In terms of muscle, he's the strongest hero around, but when it comes to smarts and speed, he's the weakest. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Sonic the Hedgehog is a demon. Somewhat snarky but kindhearted, this hedgehog is a bit cowardly when it comes to fights. He was never about fighting and violence like other demons, he just wants freedom and peace. Bullied for his secret morals, he sneaks out for the night. What if these two were to cross paths? Would they fall in love, or will the unending war keep them apart? Find out in "When Hero Met Demon"!

When Sonic and Shadow decide to go Sonadow on everyone, Eggman becomes jealous of the attention Sonic no longer has for battling Badnicks and mechs. With hopes to divert Sonic's interest away from having a boyfriend, Eggman hatches an impressively evil plan to get rid of Shadow.
