Berlin was sent down to the earth to die. Her and 99 other 'delinquents.' The chancellor told them that they'd been given a second chance and at first, Berlin thought he was full of crap, but that changed the minute she stepped foot on the ground and realized that she was finally free.
Her one goal was to make sure that the ark didn't follow them down there in fear of her father. When Berlin meets a certain tall dark haired guy that has the same goal, it brings them closer than both of them would like.
