Anyway, these are oneshots with my AU I used in my other fanfic, Please Don't Tell My Parents, because silly goofy funny haha (idfk). You don't have to read that story to understand these oneshots since it's just a random au with Espresso having abusive parents 😭 (but if you want to go read it... that's cool too) The oneshots will mainly be angst with Espresso as a young child before he met Madeleine haha 👍 dw there will be some Espresseline stuff too.

An AU where Espresso was raised with the Cookies Of Darkness. Since he was merely a child, Espresso's one and only desire was to prove his worth to Dark Enchantress, his mother. He and his siblings were taught to despise the Vanilla Kingdom and its inhabitants, sparking an endless war between the light and the dark. Madeleine is a paladin of the Divines, the Vanilla Kingdom's knight commander and savior, and almost immediately he is intrigued by the coffee mage on the opposing side. He is convinced that good exists in Espresso's heart, along with the hopes that he'll join them.
