A weird kid stares at me, His eyes a piercing green, I cannot help but wonder, What on earth he's seen. He lingers in the shadows, And always wears a scowl, I try to avoid his gaze, But he always seems to prowl. Is he here to harm me? I cannot tell for sure, But I cannot shake this feeling, That he's something to endure. Perhaps he's just misunderstood, A lonely soul in need, But his stare feels so intrusive, Like a trap, I cannot be freed. I'll keep my distance from him, And hope he finds his way, But this weird kid staring at me, Leaves me paranoid each day.
