Kayley was the younger sister of Vanoss. He wouldn't let anything happen to her and was protective over her at all costs. The rest of the crew view her as a little sister. But not Delirious. Delirious loved and cared for Kayley. He would kill for her. If anyone were to lay a hand on her, he would hunt them down and end their life within an instant. He didn't want harm to come her way. Kayley knows about everything Delirious did for her and she didn't seem to mind. She knew he did it to keep her safe and protected from any dangers that could be lurking in the dark corners and pitch black shadows of Los Santos but there's more to it than there seems. Kayley eventually started to grow frustated of Vanoss' overprotectiveness, it made her head hurt but there wasn't much she could do to change that. Everything she said to Vanoss went in one ear and out the other to the point she gave up. Vanoss babies Kayley even though she was three years younger than him.
