Finding Light in This World

Some sort of zombie apocalypse happened around a month or so ago, and recently Ted has been in contact with a group of survivors and is taking Schlatt and Charlie with him to meet them. On their trip there, they come across something strange.
They brush it off and continue. A few days after they meet up with the group, everything is going well until Charlie notices something strange. No one believes him and just tells him he's overly tired and needs to sleep, but Charlie knows otherwise. So off Charlie went, leaving to investigate what he wanted to find.
And boy, did he find what he was looking for.
