The show follows a scientifically-minded boy named Jimmy Neutron from Retroville, Texas, who frequently goes on adventures with his Best Friend's Penny Vortex, With her Twin sister Cindy Vortex, Her best friend Betty Dastardly Quinlan, Cindy and Penny's Cousin, Harold Vortex, Libby Folfax and her Twin Brother George Folfax, Carl, Sheen, along with his robot dog Goddard, Along with Penny Pet Bird Sergio The Talking Parrot, and Betty Dastardly Quinlan Pet Vampire Rabbit Bunnicula. The Next part of the show, Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines Betty Dastardly Quinlan and her pet Vampire Rabbit Bunnicula, go on an adventure with her father Dick Dastardly and his sidekick Muttley, and His Two other members of the Squadron Klunk, an inventor who speaks an unintelligible language (punctuated by howls, clicks, whistles, and growls, accompanied by bizarre facial contortions), and Zilly, a panicky pilot whose main role is to translate for Klunk, and who tries to Desert the mission at any given opportunity.
