Kamiki Hikaru, 18 years old and a freshman in college, sets off to live in a city far away from his hometown and nearby his chosen university. But things weren't easy, all because of one problem:

' How in the hell was he going to pay the rent? '

He had to live alongside people in the same hostel building ( which he hated ) but he managed to snag a good deal to get himself a little private room to dawdle in. However, that didn't save him much money, as he is still in VERY much need of money to pay for his living expenses and tuition. He was all alone in the world, after all. No parents, or relatives, to give so much as a single note of yen to support his endeavors, but it's not like he expected or needed theirs or anyone's help anyway.

That is, until....

He came across the idol living just down on the 2nd floor.
