Years had passed After the Brotherhood of Assassin's Creed and the Night Raid Assassins defeated the Empire that been ruled by Templars as many of the Members of the Night Raid Assassins like Bulat, Chelsea, Leone, Lubbock, Sheele, Susanoo, and Chelsea. Only two Assassins remained Tatsumi, Akame, Mine, and Najenda. But both Tatsumi and Mine were married and they had children. Akame who is no longer part of the Night Raid, becomes a member and rank of Master Assassin and Taka Fujikawa has become the Mentor of an Assassin's Creed Order.

But the Assassin war is to over yet. Taka has now become the Mentor when his Mentor Achilles passes away. Taka has now become a Mentor and he makes his fellow Master Assassins like Connor, Adewale, Edward, Arbaaz, and Rebekah, become the Assassins council. Taka's actions have spread the world where he teaches the meaning of the Assassin's Creed and Tenets as well as the irony. He received a message from one of his assassins named Éléna. She sends a message to Mentor Taka for his help and support cause the enemy known as the Tenrou led by King Zuou has planned to conquer Soukai led by King Sotesu who is the father of Rinzu. Taka who is now become a lover to Akame wants to find a cure for his lover from the Murasame Curse. He learned that Murasame came from the land of roots known as Wakoku according to the book known as The Complete Book Of The World: Rongo Rongo. Taka alongside his lover Akame will travel to Wakoku to find the cure and help the Assassins there to support Soukai against the Tenrou.
