The Gathering is christened on the eve of the Falling stars. Where those who have been chosen for this path, this destiny, will congregate. The souls who have passed the trials left behind may pass forth to find... Immortality. Those who have failed may the gods show mercy upon you and your soul.
Two years ago five unknowing people set out on a journey, one that tested their ability to survive and adapt. Each one had their own reason for this journey, each one had a reason to give up. The Race is now over but immortality is still lost, the five have new dangers to face. But the lure of the gods star holds a bigger destiny, one that places the fate of an entire world on the shoulders of seven. Seven souls marching the line between Damnation or immortality.
The clues will lead them farther, draw them deeper, and uncover a legend that will alter their lives forever. As the pawns move into their final position, the Gathering commences once more.
