Beyond the Fence

No one was supposed to know what existed outside the fence. All that was known was that the war was terrible, and nothing was left. But, there was a thriving society called Panem just beyond the fence, led by President Snow, Jeanine Matthews' brother. Jeanine and Snow have had a rivalry for many years, so their father designated one area to each sibling. When there are rumors that Divergents will overthrow both governments, Snow and Jeanine will create the Faction Games, in which two male divergents and two female divergents are pooled from each faction to fight to the death. In these games, there will not be a single victor left standing. All divergents must die, no matter what the cost.
