The story begins with a girl named Ayesha, 19 year old, who believes that love is just a fictional concept and has get accustomed to the hookup culture of the genz's. She comes from a well to do family, her parents are constantly fighting and have an unhappy marriage. Looking at them makes her hate the concept of marriage. 
Ayesha was always close to her grandparents but suddenly one day her grandpa fell ill and her grandma was crying day and night taking care of him. She always saw that her grandparents had unconditional love between them. "We fought for our love even when the whole world was against us" those were the words of Shalini(ayesha's grandma). Ayesha never understood what her grandma meant by those lines but she always knew that her grandparents had one of the most dynamic love stories.
One day Ayesha was helping her grandma to clean the old dusky cupboard which had her grandma's belonging. 

she found an old thick notebook she flipped to the first page and it said 10th August 1967 and this is the time her life brought her to get hit by the storm of a delulu word "love"....
