Meet Aristela, the daughter of Ares and Aphrodite and the Goddess of Rebellion. Her parents have had high expectations for her their whole lives, but she finally gets to go to school with other teens her age. Life is normal as the stereotypical hot, rich, and popular girl until Eristela, princess of the underworld comes along. Rivals at first, but they warm up to each other as things get more suspicious, like finding a prophecy that's centuries old. Friendships, tragedy, and love awaken in this fictional adaptation of greek mythology. Thanks for reading my first published story!

Many forget that the goddess of love was born from the raging sea, but she would do anything to protect her daughter. Adora was Aphrodite's last daughter. Her mother kept her hidden. But, her mother isn't the only one who can keep a secret, especially in a world where your role in society is everything. For there was a prophecy long before she was born: 'Aphrodite's last child would be the one to take the throne, Her paternity unknown. "Maybe she never did," I walk away, not sparing a single glance back, no matter how much my body was begging me to. I fuss over my hair, pouting as I run my fingers through it to put it back into place. *A warning note* I am not an expert on Greek Mythology, but it interests me greatly.
