Short Stories #1: These are short stories I've written around true events in my life as well as people around me, as well as fiction. None of these stories are meant to be read and thought about as cruel or evil, they simply show another side of dark writing. Notice, not all of these stories have real names in them, or even locations. This is done to show events in life that don't leave a smile on your face, but most often or not will provoke some level of sorrow. Some stories included are done in remembrance to people I know who have lost the courage to keep fighting, as well as stories about three people who I've known who nearly lost the fight with eating disorders. Some of these stories do have hard themes; child abuse, eating disorders, depression, and so forth. Many aren't based on real situations, while others are. The ones that aren't true, will not be named in their descriptions as well as the few that are. A vast majority of these stories don't have happy ever afters, because these are based on harsher themes many author's refuse to bring to light. Some show the viewpoints sexual abuse and assaults can leave on a person, experiences many of us know so well, while others can't even imagine. I will not claim that these stories are meant to be read in one sitting, because many aren't easy reads. No matter, these stories will be mostly done in order of dates, some starting back in December of 2013, while others will be dateless.
