About me
My name is Courtney, I am 20 years old and I have always wanted to write a book in hopes of helping others. I have been through a lot in my life. After my recent diagnosis of BPD, and s attempt on March 7th I have been going to therapy trying to cope with everything. Ever since I was 8 years old I have struggled with anxiety and depression. I have always felt alone and writing has been my voice. I always wanted to help people with my writing so I hope these poems speak to you, know you're not alone. People are out there and can help you. I am still surviving and you can too.All Rights Reserved
