She's so kind, Comes from a good family, Her beauty goes much farther than her bleached hair & freckled skin. Most people have the wrong idea of her But for the people who do know her, They say how sweet she is, How she puts her friends before her always, How caring, Loving, Down to earth, Just because she doesn't wear a smile all the time on her face doesn't make her rude, Just because people hear things about her from rumors that spread through this town like wild fire, Never once has she tried to save her reputation by speaking out, She continues to keep being the same girl, But stronger, Wiser, More confident, She isn't the little girl anymore She is a woman who is growing every day

They fear us because we are different. They fear us because we have special powers, because the goddess gave us gifts. The goddess gave us these powers to protect the non-gifted. They don't care about that. They fear us because they think we will hurt them. They believe we are power hungry, the irony. They have hunted us for centuries now. Killing us because they are afraid. We just want to live out lives in peace. Why must there be a fear for people who are different? Why must there be such hate for people who just want to live their lives? My name is Lydia Martin. I fight for my freedom. This is my story. The story of how I fell in love with my target. The story of how I fell in love with the one man I wasn't supposed to fall in love with.
