Dia Sndulla known as Liv Syndulla, is a Jedi Master who ran away from the order 13 years after her ranking of master. When Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jedi Master Ki-Adi Mundi get a distress signal from an old friend of Liv, they seek out the Grey Grand Master, Liv, to help them with their mission to the slave planet of Zygerria to save her old friend, and to gain her trust in the council once more.
Will Liv regain her spot as a Jedi Master, or will she continue serving the council as the Queen of her home planet, Ryloth?

Upon landing on the planet of Keagonal she meets Jedi Master Obi-wan Kenobi. He finds her Force-Sensitivity and trains her. When Obi-wan must go to Tatooine to watch over Luke, Contu goes with him and finds out all sorts of stuff about her family. Including the fact that both of her parents are Sith Lords!
