Riley Peverell had an eventful year when she joined Hogwarts as a fifth-year. But it's nothing compared to what awaits her now, and the decision to return is being tested on more than one occasion. If it weren't for her cousin Ominis, she would jump on her Graphorn and ride all the way back to Durmsgtrang. But funnily enough, Durmstrang is coming to her.

Her old friends are with her at Hogwarts as Triwizard Tournament takes place, including the person who was almost her boyfriend back then. And when he is declared the Durmstrang's Champion, Sebastian feels threatened. And to top it off, Anne is back and she is not that sweet girl Riley remembers from Feldcroft.

Trying her best to prove to Professor Hecat she is ready to be Unspeakable and follow in her footsteps, it is Professor Sharp who takes her under his wings, making Riley question more than one of her decisions made in her fifth year.
