Immediately after their departure from the Pale City, Claire and Leo, now joined by Mono, sailed for five days straight south until they docked upon a mysterious, if not crooked house atop a crooked Cliffside. Taking place in Mono's point of veiw, he tries desperately to save Claire, who had been kidnapped by massive spiders, put up with the antics of Leo, trust the encounter of a mysterious Sixteen year old named Oliver St.James, and survive a cruel tyrannical boy named Mateo who rules over three factions housing different types of children hidden away from the present dangers the house provides while trying to plan a way to save everyone.

In the world they live in, people live for a very long time, up to 120 years and such, so 18-19 is still considered a "kid" for them. They are mature like normal people of that age, but they also have some childish tendencies and can still act kiddy. You'll see that with lots of the dialogue. Her friends look out for her and she tends to have a normal life until a boy name Mono-who's 16 as well-lives right next to Six's house and they become very good friends. One day, Six was walking down the street on the concrete until she saw a spark in her neighbor's house. She goes investigate then knocks on the door. When it opened, she sees her friend, Mono breathing so heavily. She asked if he was okay, Mono eventually replied with a smile, but the odd thing was, is when she saw a small line of static going up between his hair, looking like they were connecting together. what if six didn't exist? and it was up to these two misfits to save the confusing and terrifying world of little nightmares?? seven wakes up on his bed and takes his plan to escape into action, he meets a boy named Mono and together they try to escape the Maw and defeat the lady, will they succeed? who knows? (and no the mono x seven bit isn't really to present in this book, this book centers around the maw so maybe next i will make a book after they escape, basically its just some good ol teamwork between these two cause why not?) (Edit: there's still mono x seven but I won't make it to crazy, more like this is just little crushed and some holding hands and maybe some smoll lil kisses but im not to sure yet, but yeah as it said this might become a series-)
