The One Who Got Away
Lloyd keeps having nightmares about Harumi, ever since the building collapsed and he was powerless to stop it. It doesn't get any easier when someone new dominates the news and later, the political election coming up. And the way he conveys to the people...unnerves him. But when Harumi suddenly turns up alive, they shockingly discover the ties Harumi has to this man, and what it means for the future. --- He had it all planned. From the very beginning, when the Ninja were only just starting to be known. That today, he would be the real one who got away. What if somebody else was responsible for the death of Harumi's parents? What if that person had planned it all beforehand, all the way back to S1, knowing how she would turn out? What if his real intentions was to get rid of the ninja, using Harumi as a scapegoat for his actions to get the people's trust? This is that story. Takes place at the end of season 9, during and after season 10, and can be seen as an alternate season 11. Ninjago: The Darkness Within
Disclaimer: I do not own Ninjago or any of its characters. This story is based on the Lego Ninjago TV series, specifically season 16 Crystalized. It takes place in an alternate universe during the final battle in Ninjago Crystalized and describes what would happen if the creators of Ninjago had went with their original script for Crystalized. I will be trying to describe the events that might have happened if Lloyd looked right instead of left, becoming overrun by darkness. Will he learn to control the Oni side of himself? Or will he be controlled by the darkness inside? Think of each Chapter as an episode, I did my best to make it realistic and descriptive enough to be an episode.

A whole year has passed after Nya's sacrifice. And although the powerful Sea Serpent Wojira has been defeated, an even greater and more dangerous power will soon emerge from the shadows and threaten to bring peace in the dark. Not just Ninjago, but all of the 16 Realms. Will the Ninja be the same without Nya?
