What is OCD?
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric condition that is characterized by the presence of both obsessions and compulsive behaviors.
Definition
OCD stands for a mental health issue that may have a significant impact on either you or someone you love. During this state, you may be plagued with recurrent troubling ideas that have the potential to irritate you on an entirely new level.

You will need to repeat particular actions over and over again to rid yourself of these excessively worried thoughts or anxieties. To give you an example, you could clean your desk anywhere from ten to twenty times a day, or you might do it in one hour.
Four Stages of OCD
Obsession
Anxiety
Compulsion &
Temporary relief.

Intrusive obsessions include anxieties and frightening ideas. Obsessions cause worry or misery. A person uses obsessive behaviors or mental rituals to relieve worry. Compulsions relieve anxiety briefly. Obsessions return after the brief reprieve. A complete anxiety treatment guide is available.

Types of OCD
There are several difficulties associated with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), including the fact that this mental health condition may be broken down into not just one but four distinct subtypes. Your OCD may be different from the types of OCD that affects everyone else who has it. Here are some of the types of OCD:
