Darcie and her friends harmlessly performed a seance in their town's own house of horrors, Ashcroft House. But in doing so, Darcie awoke an entity that had been trapped inside the house, and now, it has attached itself to her. All she'd wanted was to contact her grandmother. Before Halloween is over, Darcie must seal the entity away once again, sever its grip on her, and come to terms with the sacrifice she must make in order to do so.
She knew better than to break the rules. And this is her punishment.
