What if: After the tragic events of fifth year, Sebastian Sallow's closest friends and twin sister chose not to turn him in to the Ministry of Magic which, in turn, spared him from the nightmares of Azkaban?
The last thing any of them expected was for Sebastian to depart from Hogwarts, following the call of the dark arts.
It was well into her seventh year at Hogwarts, and Aelin Malfoy still struggled to go on with her life without her best friend. The Yule ball was fast approaching and she (begrudgingly) decided to attend alone, giving the excuse that it didn't feel right to agree to go with anyone who wasn't Sebastian.
