NEW PARTS EVERY COUPLE DAYS!

Rhilion was in turmoil. A millennium after all dragons disappeared from the kingdom, they returned, vowing vengeance on the dynasty that had exiled them from their lands. With little mercy and a single desire to see the current king answer for the war crimes of his forefathers, the enormous beasts ravaged the countryside, remembering the war all too well.

Alongside their revenge, the dragons sought the Esymr Amulet: an indestructible, ancient token that was said to be the only other item created in the mountain where all dragons were born.

But the amulet was in the possession of an unlikely ally: a witch, who lived in exile, wielding forbidden magic and using the amulet to see visions of the dragons' mountain home. She, too, wanted revenge on the kingdom, for dispersing her people and alienating her from society.

An unlikely alliance formed, but the ultimate question remained: would there ever be peace? Or would the dragons' desire for revenge destroy everything and everyone in Rhilion?

Aricia, born to the greatest house in Exelia and heir to its throne finds herself at the centre of the city's greatest recorded conflict, everything she loved torn from her. Never knowing blood and death, she is thrusted into a gruesome new world, one of which she is willing to indulge in for Exelia's lawful right of freedom. Carnade became the commander of the exelian military as a young man due to his vast knowledge and skill in combat. His loyalty is unmatched, willing to do whatever it takes to defend his family and the rightful exelian heir, even if that means opposing his king. Vermont, known for his honor and his code, so much so that he was named the golden warrior, will fight for his cause, for the defectors, even if that means forcing Exelia to submit. Outraged by the dishonors of war, he will do his damnedest to precede with caution, but when there is conflict, there will always be men looking for exploitation. Joba, seeking vengeance against the soul devourers who took his family from him, joined the defectors and brought them to Exelia. This may have been his greatest mistake, forcing him into a moral dilemma. On one side, duty tells him to fight for the defectors and seek vengeance, but love tells him to fight for Exelia. No matter his choice, he will have to live with the consequences. This is A Promise of Blood, By Dominik Sorensen. I hope you enjoyed the introduction, the first three chapters. Kilan finds he has stumbled upon a castle, hidden deep in the woods, filled with servants and young masters who feel like they might just be more then they seem. And there are the thorns. Thousands upon thousands of thorns that cover the grounds and yet only cover one tower - why? And what about the dreams? The girl in the rose room? ~ COMPLETE AND NOW AVAILABLE ON AMAZON ~ In the Five Kingdoms of Saol Eile, magic is the only currency and those who have the most cast long shadows across the land. Amidst lavish parties, sumptuous banquets, and sprawling castles, despicable tyrants have risen, calling themselves kings by right; emperors, by the laws of old magic, and monarchs, by the wealth they've procured. When it's rumored that an army of flesh-eating monsters has risen from the shadows, tyrant-kings are forced to submit to a far more dangerous power - the sorcerer standing at the head of it all: The Cursed One. Orphaned and penniless, eighteen-year-old Cecily Trask's magic has always been reluctant to emerge. But with the kingdoms at the brink of war, she vows to do whatever it takes to keep her people safe-even if it means breaking all the rules, reaching into the depths of her soul to unravel the bindings around her true power, and allying with the potentially dangerous prince, Daire Niadh, to do it. In a landscape thick with mistrust, desire, and incipient hope, Cecily and Daire cross paths in an unfamiliar world forever changed by violent forces neither of them understand. They should hate each other. They should want each other dead. But their grief both draws them together and breaks them down, until all they have left is their shared goal - to defeat The Cursed One, even though for Cecily, the journey means almost certain death. ❧ Copyright © Marcella Colavecchio, 2014 - 2020.

War is coming... yet no one knows. The Deplorable festers in his anger, his rage newly ignited as one of his own suddenly betrays him, rocking him to his core. He seethes alone, waiting... For five hundred years, dragons and men have been isolated from each other, becoming mortal enemies after a bloody war tore apart their once peaceful alliance. They have spoken ill of each other ever since, the tales of their momentous battle warped by storytellers for generation upon generation. Cyrus leaves behind everything he's ever known, his family, his home, his village. He ventures out on his own with nothing more than a mangy old pack mule at his side. He dreams of wealth and riches, of stability and endless feasts, and he hopes to find work as he ventures out into the wilds of Crasmere. However, his plans take an abrupt turn when he is ambushed by monsters only found in one's deepest nightmares and, when he feels all hope is lost... something saves him. A creature no one has seen in five centuries. A creature many have presumed to have died long ago, gone extinct and wiped from the land all together. A creature said to thirst for blood and raw flesh, a beast with a roar to deafen all. A dragon.
