After a destructive pandemic sweeps through United States of America everything starts to collapse, fast. As basic services of food and water fail, the population of people drop quicker and it becomes more of a race to escape the hell-risen country.

The Division, a classified unit of tactical agents, is activated and sent to United States to help the little of society that is left. Unravelling the truth of the deathly disease soon becomes a horrifying shock to them all, forcing them into brutal combat against the people behind this all. As the weeks past they start to become a greater threat not only to the agents but to the Division themselves; everything starts to collapse, again.
