With her father being deployed for the military, Rosyn Adler's life is going to change.
And not for the better.
She now has to up and move her life across the country to live with her mother and step-father, who care more about literally anything else in the world more than their daughter/step-daughter.
Life has already been pretty lonely for Ro being the only child of a military parent, but back home she at least had her friends.
Now she is in a new town, at a new school, with no friends, and no parents ever around (not that they would be much company anyway).
Ro is a loner.
Cyrus Brahman, "Brahms", is the town and school's golden child. A killer athlete at every sport he plays, won the genetic lottery being the most attractive guy around, could pull any girl he wanted, popular, and your average douche bag bad-boy.
Cy has had the life most guys his age would kill for. The popularity, the girls, the awards, etc.
Most may ask, what else could a kid ask for?
Cy has it all.
Don't get it wrong, Cy loves his lifestyle and for the most part can't get enough. For a while however, he has been just going through the motions. Cyrus is missing something.
Something in his life sparks up just a tad, when he notices the new girl that has just moved into the house next door to his.
Cy can't help but notice the new girl, and there is just something about her that draws him in.
Ro notices the stupidly hot jock of a neighbor she has, and she can already tell he must be trouble, but also finds herself curious about her neighbor.
What will happen between the two who are already so intrigued by each other with just one glance on Ro's move in day?
