"When life gives you lemons, throw them back and yell: 'I WANTED SUSHI DAMMIT!"

~~
Aria has hemophilia. That means if she loses blood that's... Not a really good thing, because she'll bleed more than a regular person does. Which isn't a really nice thought, but now that she has potential gunmen after her, she's really running out of nice thoughts. She's the sole survivor of an incident and with no other option (well, actually, there was an option of changing her name to Helga and living the rest of her life on a goat farm but that wasn't really appealing) she's left to live with her cranky grandparents and a bodyguard who's far too good looking to be real, like, seriously. How is this her life?

[Book Two of The Phantom Saga] PG18+ Status: Completed [November 29, 2021]/Editing In Process "I'm fine" is an automatic response everyone is so used to saying when asked if they're okay. Even a dying person would lie in a hospital gurney and tell their loved one, "I'm fine," just before they're pushed into an Operation Room. A depressed high schooler will tell their friends and families, "I'm fine," up until the point of having life ending thoughts and bringing it to reality. The look in a framed convict's eyes as they're being lead away after a sentencing will tell their people, "I'm fine," although they were given life without parole. What if they had spoken up? Would the outcome be different? Maybe, maybe not. Who knows? Alessia Moskal wasn't dying, she wasn't suicidal and she wasn't framed. She wanted out of the life she was living and she managed to change that in a short span of time. It must have costed her something. However, that something didn't phase her. It was a simple transfer from one cage to the next. She didn't get her freedom, but at least she's not being dragged on a leash anymore. Right, Petro? "Katya Sharpe," he tuts, "I knew I should've searched harder for you..." Sitting on the window sill of his office, she smirks at his remark. The sun isn't as bright as it was before, falling behind a thick huddle of clouds, but the wind whisks through her loose, curly, strawberry blonde hair, lifting the light strands and cascading them over her shoulders. "Yes, you should've." She states, "Nevertheless, you still wouldn't have found me since having your blood on my hands is apparently my destiny." "You won't get away with this." "Yes," a smirk twitches at the left corner of her mouth as she flicks the safety off her pistol, dangling it in the light, "Yes I will." Warning: The WHOLE story MAY be triggersome. "She's right! She's right! I don't cut in the right spot." My hold tightens on my wrist. The red blood oozes out of my wrist. I slide up and grab my bag and run out of the bathroom. I don't care if people can see the blood I just want to get out. I race for the doors and shove through people. I earn a lot of glares and glances that read "weirdo." I ignore and push. I run to my house and lock myself in my bathroom. I don't bother closing the front door cause I don't care if people come in to kill me. I grab my razor and cut deep cuts into my arm and wrists falling into a pool of my own blood. • • • Evangeline has a great life. Friends? Check! Good grades? Check! Loving family? Check! But what if she has secrets that nobody knows of? What if the only thing she can trust is her secret diary? What if slowly but surly she's dying inside? How can an innocent twelve year old deal with these problems? Will she keep on facing these problem till the day she breaks. Her school burns down forcing her into a different school to meet different people and she has to fit into a different lifestyle as well. Meet Evangeline. Now at 17 years of age in a new high school. Not all girls anymore. No uniform. Meet Drake. Your classic bad-boy. He just moved to Saint Abigail high school. He is assigned partners with the quiet, calm, unnoticed Evangeline. As time progresses he finds that she isn't as happy on the inside as she is on the outside. Can he save her? Or is it too late? • • • Some rude language. Depression and cutting. Don't say I didn't warn you. Okay, I wrote this at the start of this year (may 2016) and I had very poor writing skills. This book hasn't been edited and the whole idea is cliche so I wouldn't recommend you read it but I'm not stopping you, either. Read at your own risk. • • • Copyright © 2017 by -moonlust. DANTE When I first laid my eyes on her; she was only eleven, three years younger than me. She was quiet. And pure. But she was troubled, and alone. I could see it behind her eyes; the thin veil that concealed her deepest secrets, faltering every time she looked at me. I knew from that moment on that I would live for her. And she would eventually live for me, too. With or without her blessing. However, circumstances change. And that purity I once relished in; her light in contrast to my darkness, disappeared. But, don't worry my little sinner, I will haunt you. And I won't be as kind this time. EDEN I won't let you scare me. That's what I keep telling myself. And yet, I see you. In every dark corner, in every casting shadow -- I see you when I close my eyes. And I hate myself for it. But I'm older now. Wiser. You took my innocence from me, and while I hate myself for allowing you to, I hate you just that much more. But I won't let you in this time. I don't want your inferno to engulf me anymore, I want to extinguish it. **PLEASE BE WARNED** This book will contain graphic contents, including but not limited to: violence, sexual contents and sensitive subjects.
