It's been years since the sorcerer Grian created his world, and he has finally returned from his travels. Since then more has changed than he could have ever predicted. His world has split into two factions, the Southlands and the Empire. His towers, once united, have separated. His formulated prosperity has crumbled. Mornings in the Desert
The Hermits are back for Season 8 and some of them have been playing in a death game called 3rdLife. But the ending was a lot harder to cope with for one of them. Can Grian cope with the guilt slowly overtaking him? Will he be able to ever look Scar in the eyes again? Meanwhile, Scar seems his happy self. That slowly changes when his beloved pesky bird seems to avoid him. Aka, Grian doesn't want to make the same mistakes, but does. And Scar tries to figure out why things have changed.
