The Vampires Little - an Adrian Brown Fanfiction

Living as a little with no caretaker is quite difficult. Especially for me... I'm alone, and have been fired about 7 times. Each interview, I make sure to let them know that I am not a normal person, and they always promise that they can help me... But a week or 2 in, I'm told I'm being 'let go'. Every paper I sign says the same thing - 'acts childish'. It isn't fair, because it makes it really hard to save money. The only reason I have my home is because I get 'disability' and 'food stamps'. All I'm able to pay for is food and my home, but I realized that the amount of money I'm given for food, Isn't enough... So I barely eat anything... I've been told I look like I'm 12, always asked where my mom and dad are, because no one believes me when I say I'm older. None of that matters anymore though, now I have a new friend that helps me. He takes care of me every day. The only time I'm by myself is when he goes outside so he can hunt, and he always makes sure I have plenty to eat. For some reason though, he comes home with this red stuff around his mouth, and always tells me that I don't need to worry about it. He has bright red eyes too, and told me that they are supposed to be that way, but I've never seen anyone else have red eyes like that. He even knows when I'm hurt, like if I'm cut, he smells it and asks me if I'm bleeding. He's always making sure I'm ok, so the weird things are no big deal to me. He's nice, and likes a lot of the same things I like. He got something he wanted, and I got something I needed, so everything is good. He told me that someday, he'd make me like him, so that we could be together forever, and that he'd make sure to teach me everything about it, in a way I'd be able to learn it. He makes me really happy, and says I'm his favourite person. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you, his name is Adrian, and my name is Alyx. Make sure you're nice to me, mean people tend to disappear...
