The characters belong to them, the story belongs to them, but I took the original and rewrote it to involve my character development, and overall plot points.
This doesn't mean go inform them that a rewrite exists, i prefer to just keep the drama in 2020. I do not want profit or fame from this, but i did write it word for word, that is the ONLY thing I'll take credit for.
This is MY PERSONAL take on the characters, especially Lyra and the father. This story is FULL of headcanons that i finally wanted to share. I've been wanting to rewrite it for such a long time.
Think of this as just an elongated version of the original. Again, i wrote this for people who truly love the characters, and wanted more to the story that was never continued.
